个人简介

主要从事碳基场效应晶体管近红外探测与成像集成电路、新型二维材料的可控制备与微纳电子器件的研究。目前在Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, Nano Research, Advanced Electronic Materials, Journal of Energy Chemistry, Advanced Materials Interface, 等国际期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。
