湖南衡阳人，博士毕业于中南大学，副教授职称，硕士研究生导师，2020年至今，在湘潭大学物理与光电工程学院从事教学科研工作，主要从事电磁场光场调控及微纳光学器件方面的研究，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇，主持国家自然科学基金1项，江西省自然科学基金1项。
